Last updated: 7 October 2026

This notice explains how SURVIOT Monitoring Ltd. handles personal data when you visit surviot.com or contact us through it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is:

SURVIOT Monitoring Ltd. (SURVIOT Monitoring Kft.)
Registered seat: 1043 Budapest, Bocskai utca 26., Hungary
Email: info@surviot.com
Phone: +36 30 960 5853

For any question about your personal data, write to info@surviot.com.

We process personal data in line with:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”)
  • Act CXII of 2011 on the right of informational self-determination and on freedom of information (“Infotv.”)
  • Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services (“Elker. tv.”)

3. What we process, why, and for how long

Visiting the website

When you open a page, our hosting provider’s server automatically records technical data: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type.

  • Purpose: operating the website securely and fixing errors.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Retention: only as long as needed for security and operation, as set by the hosting provider, then deleted.

The website itself uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not set its own cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own hosting. See our cookie policy.

Demo request form

If you fill in the form on our Demo page, we receive your name, email address and message.

  • Purpose: answering your request and arranging a demo or consultation.
  • Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Retention: as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows. We delete it at the latest two years after our last contact, unless a contract or the law requires us to keep it longer.

Spam protection on the form

The demo form uses hCaptcha to keep automated spam away. hCaptcha only loads when you start using the form. It processes your IP address, browser and device information and how you interact with the check, to tell people from bots.

  • Purpose: protecting the form from abuse.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a form that is not flooded with spam (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Email and phone

If you write to us or call us, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message to answer you. Purpose, legal basis and retention are the same as for the demo request form.

Videos

Some pages contain YouTube videos. They only load when you click “Play video”. From that moment YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and browser data and may set cookies. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

  • Legal basis: your consent, given by starting the video (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Simply leave the video unplayed if you do not want this.

4. Service providers who process data for us

These providers process personal data only on our behalf and only as needed for their service:

  • Tárhely.Eu Szolgáltató Kft., 1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 12-14., Hungary, company registration no. 01-09-909968. Hosts the website and keeps its server logs.
  • Web3Forms (web3forms.com). Receives demo form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. It stores submissions for 30 days on systems running on Amazon Web Services.
  • Intuition Machines, Inc. (hCaptcha), 1065 SW 8th St #704, Miami, FL 33130, USA. Runs the spam check on the demo form.
  • Google Ireland Limited (YouTube), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Plays videos, only after you click play.
  • Our email service provider, which stores the messages we receive at info@surviot.com.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

hCaptcha, and depending on their infrastructure Web3Forms and Google, may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • have inaccurate data corrected
  • have your data erased
  • restrict the processing of your data
  • receive your data in a portable format

  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing before the withdrawal

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@surviot.com. We reply within one month.
